Questions owners ask
How long does a groom take?
Allow 2–3 hours for most grooms, depending on breed. Hand stripping takes longer and timings vary. We never rush a groom.
Do you groom all breeds?
Yes: large dogs, small dogs and every size in between.
Will my dog be with other dogs?
No. Only one dog is in the salon at a time. Dogs from the same family are welcome to come together.
Will my dog be put in a cage or crate?
Never. We don’t use cages, crates or cabinet dryers, and your dog gets a break whenever they need one, with access to a secure outdoor area.
When can my puppy have their first groom?

What products do you use?
High-quality natural products, with no harsh chemicals on your dog’s coat and skin.
When are you open?
Monday to Friday 9am–5pm, and Saturday 9am–1pm. We’re closed on Sundays.
